Del Bac Sentinel of the Desert Small Batch Bourbon 750ml

Sentinel of the Desert is a bourbon from Whiskey Del Bac in Tucson, Arizona. It blends two- and three-year-old bourbons distilled and aged in Ohio from 60% yellow corn, 35% pumpernickel rye and 5% heritage malt. Del Bac finishes it on mesquite barrel staves and filters it through mesquite charcoal, a method it calls the Pima County Process. It is bottled at 92 proof (46% ABV).

Sip it neat or mix it into a whiskey sour. 750 mL.
