Corazon Expresiones Tequila Weller 12 year 750 ML

Corazón's Expresiones del Corazón series ages tequila in barrels that once held some of the most sought-after American whiskeys. This añejo spent 26 months in barrels that previously aged Weller 12 Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon, a wheated bourbon from Buffalo Trace Distillery.

The tequila is made from 100% blue Weber agave at Casa San Matías Distillery in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco. Expect moderately sweet, heavily cooked agave with toasted vanilla and a silky yet intense oak finish. Each bottle carries a handwritten label noting its barrel number, bottle number and bottling date.

A natural bridge for bourbon drinkers curious about añejo tequila.
