Azulejos Talavera Añejo Bottle #2 (Brown) 750 ml

Los Azulejos Talavera Añejo is a 100% agave tequila from the Jalisco lowlands, distilled in stainless steel and aged 18 months in oak, bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV). It comes in a ceramic bottle hand-painted by artisans in Puebla in the Talavera pottery tradition, so each bottle's design is unique; the packaging won Double Gold for packaging at the 2013 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Expect a yeasty, briny aroma that opens to pepper and pineapple, with chocolate, orange, and sugar cookie on the palate and a long, sweet finish. Sip it neat or on the rocks.
