Description
Château Corton Grancey is a Corton Grand Cru from Maison Louis Latour, made from 100% Pinot Noir grown on the hill of Corton in the Côte de Beaune, Burgundy. The 2020 blends Latour's own Grand Cru parcels in Bressandes, Perrières, Grèves, Clos du Roi and Chaumes, from vines averaging over 40 years old.
It was aged 10 to 12 months in medium-toast French oak, 35% new. Latour notes black cherry, blueberry and mocha with soft tannins and a lightly peppery finish.
Serve at 61 to 63°F with roast beef, duck or game. 750 mL.
