Caravedo Acholado Pisco 750ml

Caravedo Acholado is a Peruvian pisco from Destilería La Caravedo, founded in 1684. It blends Quebranta and Torontel grapes, single distilled from fully fermented wine in falca and copper pot stills, and rests at least nine months before bottling with no water, sugar or other additives. It is 40% ABV (80 proof).

Expect apple, lemongrass, golden raisin and white pepper on a dry palate.

Shake it into a Pisco Sour or mix it in a Chilcano. 750 mL.
