Bombay Sapphire London Dry Gin 750 ml

Bombay Sapphire is a London Dry gin made at Laverstoke Mill in Hampshire, England, from a recipe dating to 1761 and launched in 1987. Rather than boiling the botanicals, it vapor infuses ten of them, including juniper, coriander, angelica, liquorice, orris, cassia bark, almonds, lemon peel, cubeb pepper, and grains of paradise.

A bright, balanced nose with fresh lemon zest, then citrus and crushed coriander on the palate over pine and spice. The finish is citrus oils with warm spice. The classic choice for a gin and tonic with a wedge of lime.
