Bols Barrel Aged Genever 1L

Bols Barrel Aged Genever is a Dutch genever from Bols, the historic distiller of the Netherlands. Genever is the malt-based forerunner of gin, and this version is aged in casks for at least 18 months before bottling at 42% ABV.

Master of Malt notes vanilla, herbal juniper with a peppery edge, pine and a solid backbone of fragrant malt. Sip it neat and slightly chilled, or use it in a Holland-style gin cocktail such as an Improved Holland Gin Cocktail. 1 L.
