Bandero Blanco Tequila 750 ml

Bandero Blanco is an unaged tequila made from Blue Weber agave grown for about seven years in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco. The agave is steamed in traditional brick ovens for 30 hours, fermented, twice distilled, and chill filtered, then bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV) in recycled glass with a leather pouch inspired by Jalisco's huarache sandals.

The Beverage Testing Institute notes poblano pepper, green herbs, salted pineapple, and candied lime, with vanilla on the finish. Good neat, on the rocks, or in a Paloma or Tommy's Margarita.
