Baldoria Vermouth Dry 750ml

Baldoria Dry Vermouth is made in Boves, Piedmont, from locally grown Chardonnay aromatized with wormwood, sage, iris, genepy, fennel, ginger, sweet orange and lavender, some foraged in the Alpine foothills. It rests in steel tanks and is lightly filtered, with no added flavors, colorants or preservatives, so some natural sediment is normal. 18% ABV.

The producer notes sage, rosemary and ginger. Serve chilled over ice or use it in a dry martini. 750 mL.
