Aviation American Gin 750 ml

Aviation American Gin was created in Portland, Oregon, in 2006 by Christian Krogstad and bartender Ryan Magarian at House Spirits Distillery. Ryan Reynolds bought a stake in 2018 and kept an ownership interest after Diageo acquired the brand in 2020.

The botanicals are juniper, cardamom, coriander, French lavender, anise seed, sarsaparilla and two types of orange peel. They are macerated in neutral grain spirit for 18 hours before distillation. It is a smooth choice for an Aviation cocktail, a Negroni or a simple gin and tonic.
