291 Colorado White Dog Rye Whiskey 750ml

291 Colorado White Dog is a rye whiskey from Distillery 291 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. It is made from a rye malt mash, distilled in a copper pot still and rested only briefly in a new American white oak barrel, so it stays nearly clear. Bottled at 50.8% ABV (101.7 proof).

Expect pepper, black licorice and strawberry candy.

Sip it neat or use it in place of rye in a cocktail. 750 mL.
