135° East Hyogo Dry Gin 750ml

135° East Hyogo Dry Gin is crafted at Kaikyō Distillery in Akashi, Japan. Named for the meridian that crosses the city, it combines familiar gin botanicals with Japanese ingredients and a splash of distilled Akashi-Tai Junmai sake.

Juniper, angelica and coriander meet sencha, yuzu, shiso leaf, ume and sansho pepper. The result is floral and citrus-led, with a silky texture and a peppery finish. Bottled at 42% ABV in a 750ml format, it adds character to a gin and tonic, Martini or Negroni.
