Deadwood Straight Bourbon Whiskey 700ml

Deadwood is a straight bourbon from Proof and Wood. It is distilled in Indiana by MGP from a mash of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% barley, aged at least two years in new charred oak barrels, then blended in small batches of about 20 barrels and bottled in Bardstown, Kentucky, at 40.5% ABV.

Expect date and nutmeg on the nose, with pear, light vanilla and caramel on the palate. Pour it neat, over ice or in a highball. 700 mL.
