Buffalo Trace White Dog Mash #1 375 ml

Buffalo Trace White Dog Mash #1 is unaged new-make whiskey from Buffalo Trace Distillery in Kentucky, taken straight from the still before any time in the barrel. It is distilled from a mash of corn, rye, and malted barley and bottled at 125 proof (62.5% ABV) in a 375 ml bottle.

Expect buttered corn and popcorn on the nose, with an oily, grainy palate, a little rye grassiness, and black pepper. Buffalo Trace suggests drinking it over ice or using it as a mixer.
