Amatiteña Añejo Tequila 750ml

Amatiteña Añejo is made at NOM 1477 in Amatitán, Jalisco, by maestro tequilero Alberto Partida from single-estate blue Weber agave. The agave is cooked in mesquite-fired stone ovens, crushed by tahona, fermented in open wooden tanks and distilled in wood-fired copper pot stills.

It is aged 12 months in American oak casks that previously held Napa Valley red wine and bottled at 42% ABV. The importer notes vanilla, caramel, dried cherry and candied plum.

Sip it neat or with a few drops of water. 750 mL.
