The Spirited Sampler is a two-bottle introduction to Wheyward Spirit, the Portland, Oregon distillery that turns upcycled whey from domestic dairies into craft spirits. Founded by Emily Darchuk, the women-owned brand takes a farm-to-flask approach, partnering with dairies throughout its supply chain.

The set pairs two 375ml bottles. Wheyward Spirit is the clear flagship, showing oaky vanilla, warm spice and a subtly sweet finish. Wheyward Wheyskey is the barrel-finished expression, with oaky vanilla, toffee and warm spice. Both are gluten-, grain-, lactose- and additive-free, and the brand notes its spirits carry a fraction of the carbon and water footprint of traditional spirits.

It is an easy way to taste both styles side by side, neat or in your go-to cocktails.
