Traveller Whiskey Full Proof Blend No. 40 121 Proof 750ml

Traveller Whiskey Full Proof is the first line extension of Traveller Blend No. 40, the blended whiskey Chris Stapleton created with Buffalo Trace Master Distiller Harlen Wheatley. The original debuted in January 2024 at 90 proof; this version raises it to 121 proof.

Stapleton and Wheatley tried several blends while pushing the proof higher. The 121-proof version won out at a backstage tasting, where Stapleton's band picked it unanimously. Wheatley has said the added proof brings out flavors already in the whiskey that don't show at the lower strength. Buffalo Trace's notes list caramelized sugar, baking spice and toasted oak, along with vanilla, toffee and dark fruit.

It was released in February 2026 and is made at Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky.
