Jacob's Pardon Small Batch American Whiskey No 3 18 year 750 ML

Jacob's Pardon Small Batch Recipe No. 3 is an 18-year-old American light whiskey distilled by MGP from a mash bill of 99% corn and 1% malted barley and aged in uncharred new oak barrels. It was blended by F. Paul Pacult with Marc and Jake Taub, whose family's Prohibition-era whiskey makers were pardoned by President Roosevelt in 1935, and is bottled at cask strength, 142.5 proof (71.25% ABV).

The release notes describe caramel corn, black cherry, prune Danish, and baking spices such as nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, and vanilla bean, with a pipe tobacco fragrance. At this strength, add water a few drops at a time.
