Clear Creek Douglas Fir Brandy 375ml

Clear Creek Douglas Fir Brandy is made by Clear Creek Distillery in Oregon. Hand-picked springtime Douglas fir buds are infused in a clear brandy, the infusion is redistilled, and fresh buds are added again. The pale green color comes from the buds' natural chlorophyll, with no added coloring. It is bottled at 47.7% ABV.

Pour it chilled in a small glass after dinner or add a splash to a gin-style cocktail. 375 mL.
