Pinot Grigio, called Pinot Gris in France and Oregon, makes light, crisp white wines with pear, lemon and green apple. The Italian style is lean and refreshing, while Alsace and Oregon versions are rounder and richer.
Serve it cold with light pasta, seafood and salads.
