Weller line, made at Buffalo Trace Distillery with wheat in place of rye as the secondary grain. Weller Special Reserve is bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV). Weller Full Proof is bottled at 114 proof (57% ABV), the same strength it entered the barrel, and is non-chill filtered.

Special Reserve has a sweet caramel nose, flavors of honey, butterscotch, and soft wood, and a finish with a note of honeysuckle. Full Proof shows vanilla, dark cherry, and caramel, then caramel and toasted oak, with a long finish of crème brûlée and chocolate. Taste the two neat to compare, adding a splash of water to the Full Proof if you like.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0746/2404/1157/files/WellerSpecialReserveFullProofBundle.png?v=1785291006
