That's where the name comes from: two years in the tropics, three in bourbon country.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAccording to the importer, it opens with hay and vanilla-softened esters, then moves to a palate of English Breakfast tea, toasted cinnamon and clove, with a hint of dried strawberry on the finish. Bottled at 54% ABV, it has the funk you'd expect from Jamaican pot still rum, rounded out by American whiskey casks.
